TEHRAN (INIC)- The secretariat committee of the 4th international nanotechnology festival (Iran Nano 2011) officially started its work on April 21.

It is planned that Iran Nano 2011 be held simultaneous with the Grand Industries Exhibition and the 8th Asia Nano Forum at the International Exhibition Fairground, Tehran, from October 5 to 9.

Iran Nano 2011 welcomes the active participants including, but not limited to, publicizing organizations, scientific institutes, industrial companies, tech-market services providers, international affairs companies, and nano-tech product producers.

Also, the winners of Nanotechnology Olympiad, Nano Characterization Systems Competition and the 6th Nano-Bests Festival will be awarded in an acknowledgement ceremony during the event.

Iran scored the highest votes, in the election of the 7th gathering of ANF members held in Hanoi, Vietnam, to be the host of AFN in 2011.
